Please read carefully as there are three reasons you received this email.
1. If you just submitted a long or short answer essay moments ago, you did NOT fail. Just ignore and delete this message. All essays are given a 0% when submitted for grading and therefore the reason you received this email stating you failed, you did NOT fail. It takes 2-3 days for essays to be graded. After your essay is graded, you will receive a follow-up email stating whether you passed or failed.
2. If you submitted a long or short answer essay 2-3 days ago, then we are sorry to report that you did not pass your essay. You will be contacted by the administration with further instructions to rewrite and resubmit your essay. A copy of your essay is given below.
3. If you just completed a regular non-essay quiz (true/false, multiple choice, sorting, or matching), we are sorry to report you did not pass your quiz. Below are the results in case you would like to review your answers and try again. Each question that shows “Points scored: 0” means you got that question wrong. Make a note of the answers you got right so you can get them correct on the next quiz attempt.
As a reminder, failing a quiz 3 times means you will be restricted from making another attempt for 24 hours. If this were to happen, be sure to look for our email with further instructions. If you do not receive email notifications from us, be sure to whitelist our email address as directed in item 1 of 090 – Student Orientation.
